He tried to raise his voice when I was politely explaining how the hair was not good. He was nice when I came in looking for hair. When I paid. But when I told him how it was bad he was very dismissive. Do not buy their hair. They do not respect you once they get your money."

"I have been going to this Beauty supply store for years. I was a palled when I went in today to exchange some braiding hair that my daughter had purchased. My daughter didn’t need the additional braiding hair so I decided to exchange it for another color so I can use it. I didn’t have the receipt, but I did show the owner purchase on my phone via the credit I used. When I spoke to the owner in regards to the situation, she said it very disrespectfully the receipt the receipt, and was omitting everything that I was saying. She acted as if she didn’t wanna hear anything I was saying and then I brought up the fact that I’ve been going to you for years and the fact that you’re speaking to me in that manner was very upsetting. It didn’t bother me that she asked for receipt it was the tone she used as if it was the first time I walked in her store. It was hurtful to me because of the lack of respect. I’m a business owner as well. I’m occupational therapist and understand customer service is so important . I feel like if you want respect, you need to give that respect back, especially if you have a business. That will be the last time I will be spending money in that store and I’m very saddened that it had to come to this. At the end of the day, it’s all about mutual respect and she definitely did not have that especially with me being a long time Customer."

"My daughter and I frequent Feel Beauty. Usually we go to the one on Gun Hill Rd but we decided to give this one a look see. One thing I’ve noticed is many are next to a Dollar Tree which is awesome. I must say, I thought this location was small. It’s a really nice sized store. It’s very clean and organized. I did notice the price on the L.A Girl Foundation was much higher than the Gun Hill store which makes me believe it’s a franchise. So, you may want to shop around to get lower prices. I really appreciated not being followed around the store. It was a comfortable feel. The hair selection was awesome too! Take a look at the photos."

"New Plaza is conveniently located across from the 2/5 train and they have all of the typical beauty supply store products; thirty kinds of matte lipstick, hair oils, etc. They do not have a great selection of hair for braiding/crochet. There's little variety. What they do have is oddly placed throughout the store, which is cramped and not well organized. The staff are not particularly helpful, and not very knowledgeable when they do help."

"Helpful staff. You can find the far majority of hair products that you need here. From hair treaments, to dyes and beads to bonnets. The same goes for make up, accessories and nail products (including press-ons). I cannot speak on the quality of wigs, but they are a section dedicated to them. The wigs are in the rear for the store. The store definitely offers a good variety give. The size of the shop."

"Everyone be carful when you buy anything from this store they can tell you lot of lies and you gono realize later when you start using equipments. Looks very good but not the right one. Bought Reclining Chair's paid $500 a piece looks strong but find out if I have any heavy customer the back is sliding down and goes so uncomfortable. I made a mistake buying 5 chairs but you be careful. My suggestion don’t buy any chairs from them or furniture."
