Hopefully the owner will remember this deed... He was very thankful and gave my sister free plastic shower caps. She was not looking for anything in return but continued favor from God. "I went in to get a wig cap and hopefully a hair product (they carried it, but with a huge mark up). I'd never been to this store before, so I wanted to look around a bit. I saw a section of wigs next to some makeup in a little bit of an alcove. I didn't go into the alcove, just looked in at the wigs. I couldn't even register what was inside before being sternly told I wasn't allowed back there and forcibly asked what I could need from back there. I felt like I was being watched every second. Some young boys were looking at makeup (albeit, they were a little roudy) and then one of the owners did the same thing to them and told them to get out. I wanted to buy my wig cap and leave at this point. I saw the man ring someone out.for about $8 or so, and she used a card. I don't carry cash, so I wanted to use my debit card. I was told there was a $10 minimum. I just said "fine" and left. Will not be returning."

"I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years now. I used to go to xanadu for all of my supplies but since they closed I've been looking for other places to get the products I need. I walked in today after work to some really rude customer service. As a first time customer I would expect more but I was looked at like I was stupid because how could I possibly know that the website and store are different and I had to bring my license with me even though I had made an account online. The person at the counter was even reluctant to point me in the direction of what I was looking for. You're better off paying shipping than dealing with rude employees"

"Ellen is the GEM of this store! She answers questions to the best of her ability about products and makes great suggestions. She points out the sale items which helps greatly - I paid more than 50% off on an item and was able to stock up on the product because she showed it to me. The store could use a little renovation (maybe a coat of paint could do the trick) so it doesnt seem so drab - other beauty supply chains have a fresher updated look and it's nice to be in a pretty space. Other than that, I highly recommend this store to licensed beauty professionals to stock up on premium cosmetology products. They sell Schwarzkopf, Keune, Brazilian Bond Builder, Joico and a few other great lines to choose from. Highly recommend. Theres a parking lot, and they stay open until 7 on Tuesdays and very early on the weekend, around Noon. Call or check times online to be sure of store hours. Highly recommend."

"I have been going to this Beauty supply store for years. I was a palled when I went in today to exchange some braiding hair that my daughter had purchased. My daughter didn’t need the additional braiding hair so I decided to exchange it for another color so I can use it. I didn’t have the receipt, but I did show the owner purchase on my phone via the credit I used. When I spoke to the owner in regards to the situation, she said it very disrespectfully the receipt the receipt, and was omitting everything that I was saying. She acted as if she didn’t wanna hear anything I was saying and then I brought up the fact that I’ve been going to you for years and the fact that you’re speaking to me in that manner was very upsetting. It didn’t bother me that she asked for receipt it was the tone she used as if it was the first time I walked in her store. It was hurtful to me because of the lack of respect. I’m a business owner as well. I’m occupational therapist and understand customer service is so important . I feel like if you want respect, you need to give that respect back, especially if you have a business. That will be the last time I will be spending money in that store and I’m very saddened that it had to come to this. At the end of the day, it’s all about mutual respect and she definitely did not have that especially with me being a long time Customer."

"My daughter and I frequent Feel Beauty. Usually we go to the one on Gun Hill Rd but we decided to give this one a look see. One thing I’ve noticed is many are next to a Dollar Tree which is awesome. I must say, I thought this location was small. It’s a really nice sized store. It’s very clean and organized. I did notice the price on the L.A Girl Foundation was much higher than the Gun Hill store which makes me believe it’s a franchise. So, you may want to shop around to get lower prices. I really appreciated not being followed around the store. It was a comfortable feel. The hair selection was awesome too! Take a look at the photos."

"Ever heard a store policy that you need to sign up account to get purchase receipt. According to lying store clerk at Yonkers (Central Ave), will need to sign up for a Sallie Beauty account to receive order purchase and get receipt, or return. The lady took the receipt from the printer and throw it out because its the store policy. I asked where is the policy so she started laughing. I said I need see the manager, so there is no manager. She took her and went back to store and call her friend Amy to act like the store manager. I said, I wanna return, she wont let me, her reason you will need to sign up. Finally, she produce the receipt but she wont. I contacted the customer service and they stated there is no such a policy. At the end, clerk and Amy started laughing. Everything happened right infront of the store camera. Nasty service, the store deserves ZERO Stars."

"Buyer beware when placing online order for pick up. Will no longer be shopping at this location. Placed a order online for pick up, it stated all items were in stock. I had 2 coupons, one for 15% off and one for buy one hair color get another for 50% off. When I arrived at the store I was told they cancled 3 of my hair dyes cause they didn't have them in stock which they did. Not only that the three other hair dyes they gave me were the wrong brand. The cashier refused to help me and stated there was no manager there. Now I am out the 3 dyes I orderd and out of my coupon because people can't read or double check their work. I completely understand human error but the error needs to be rectified by Sally Beauty and not make the custome feel invaluable."
