"Well organized, well stocked with many brands, and there are helpful staff up front. Grateful this place was open on NYE. They saved me and my hair that evening because I could get everything I needed. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because an item I purchased was opened and used. I didn’t find out until I was home already (it was just a small thing of Vaseline (see picture). Probably some kid thought it would be funny to dip their finger in it, but still had to throw it away)"

"Always able to find what I need. The young women who work in store are awesome. The guys tend to be pleasant, but 1 older lady who runs cash register not the friendliest. Never can figure that out how SOME people come to the United States, open businesses and plop them in minority neighborhoods and treat the customers as though "THEY-The owners" are doin the customers a favor. Shouldn't the gratitude be on both sides....Maybe something to think about!!!..."

"Excellent customer service and a full, and wonderful variety of beauty products to choose from. As good as any, you would find in New York City, or other urban areas. The owners were gracious, cheerful, and helpful. The store was clean and very well organized. I was able to find exactly what I needed, quickly. And there were very few customers when I went and all seemed as focus as I was on, getting what they needed, and getting on with it. Probably best to go during the day, or if you must go in the evenings, maybe go with a friend or an adult family member. The parking lot was not especially well lit, so parking directly in front of the store makes good sense."

"Love this hair store they have any and everything you need and great prices if you have locks, they have stuff for your locks. If you wanna have extensions, they have extensions. If you have natural hair, they have products for your natural hair all different colors. They also have socks, jewelry a bunch of accessories and clothing. They also have lacrosse make up nail polish."

"I went on vacation to Rochester NY and I went to this hair store. I bought two a scarf wig and a headband wig... I love the wigs.New Jersey doesn't have the scarf wig....the headband wig either.... I'm satisfied about with it..."

"This store has their hours posted as closing at 8 PM which is incorrect. My daughter was in town for the weekend and needed a specific product that was only sold at beauty supply stores like this so we looked up this store and drove 20 minutes there arriving at 7:51 pm. She was going to run into the store and pick up the one product that she needed, We were not there to browse around. There was a sign on the door however that said they lock their doors at 7:50 pm. That means, that they close at 7:50 pm and just allow the customers already in the store to shop/check out until 8 pm. It is fine to close at 7:50 PM, but they need to advise that. Had we known that the store actually closed at 7:50 PM to outside customers, We would’ve driven the other direction to a different store that was open. By the time we got here and were Unable to shop, We didn’t have enough time to make it all the way across town to a different shop before they closed. Again, It’s absolutely fine to want to have a store closed by a certain time but advertising on websites/Google etc need to reflect the time they actually close to new customers"

"Asian businesses and their dubious return policies. Who waits until the day before needed to purchase makeup products? Their cream and powder Kiss makeup is always mixed in together. Yet you can only return or exchange them within 24 hours. Purchased three powder thinking they were the cream. Today, a few days after purchase discovered they were powder tried to exchange. BSW refused. So I lost 30 some dollars. Unfortunately Walmart does not carry Black Opal anymore, which I prefer. It is a much better makeup. Fashion Fair was the best. Hard to find makeup appropriate for Black skin."

"By far my favorite beauty supply store. The store always has what I need and the employees are always so kind and helpful. When help is asked, I don’t ever get the impression that it’s a bother, but that they are genuine. I previously shopped another local licensed only supply store, due to the convenient location. However, will only be shopping A&A going forward. The other shop has managed to go downhill over the last year, phasing out well known brands and bringing in product I’ve never heard of. On top of the fact that I can’t rave about their employees as I can with A&A. Thank you!!"

"So…. Let’s start with one of the employees was helping me for like 20 min and did his best to help me find what I needed , another one was very nice . I have a very hard time explaining and talking to people but they were nice and friendly . But the little guy that must have been family who doesn’t know any better was laughing at me kinda rude but kids are kids. But they could use a little more variety in track colors instead of having to buy 4 different ones but I guess that’s probably the point. But they have pretty wigs and cute bare slippers $25 I mean maybe but all them stores should have price stickers on them instead I feel like they’re changing them for diff folks they are cute slippers though. I always see the price thing laying around why not use it 😆. But it’s a good place I’ll def be back"
