"I am BEYOND disgusted. This is my first and last time buying any wigs from this store. Yesterday, I brought this “brand new wig” and when I opened it, I realized it was very old. It would not lay on my head. So I took some measures, because I said maybe it’s my head, let me braid it down and put a stocking cap on my head, I’m sure it will lay down. But it didn’t. I still had the receipt and on the receipt it doesn’t not state that there are no return, exchanges or store credits on wigs. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a refund but I was willing to at least exchange it for something else. When I went in, I noticed the gentleman who assisted me yesterday wasn’t at the register. I spoke very clearly and soft to the man and explained my issues regarding the wig. He was unmoved. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was not there. I pulled out the wig and he was able to see that the wig was extremely fizzy to be a new wig but he was still was unable to provide any solution for the issue, which was they sold me a bad old wig. He then asked the woman attendant if the wig is bad and she said it’s frizzy but we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on wigs. No help. No customer service. I will advise you all to be very wary when shopping for wigs here, they always have wigs on sale for a reason. The way they handled me and the situation was disgusting! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of investigations."

"I usually get my Dr. Bonners from Target but they were sold out. So I came to this store and they were fully stocked. Fellas, ditch the Irish Spring and start using Castille soap. It's better for your skin and the environment. I also picked up some durags to keep my waves fresh. This shop cool and it has a variety of products. Ain't nobody followed me around too. I like that."
